Tower Sessions – Parokya Ni Edgar – Halaga

At last we've come to the very end of Tower Sessions Season 4, with one last epic performance from one of the country's most legendary bands - Parokya Ni Edgar! For their last song, the band did an amazing rendition of their classic single - "Halaga." Check it out below, and as always, don't forget to like and share the video!

"Halaga" was first released in 1999 on the band's "Gulong Itlog Gulong" album, and was one of the main songs that helped the band hit triple platinum on that album. So make sure to relive your high school/college/heartbroken years by rewatching the band's incredible live version above.

This is the fifth and last performance from Parokya Ni Edgar that we have lined up for this season. Over the past month or so, we've released their other performances including "Friendzone Mo Mukha Mo," "Wala Lang Yun," "Ok Lang Ako," and "Lagi Mong Tatandaan." For these performances, the band played without former backup vocalist Vinci Montaner who parted ways amicably with the band in 2012, and also without original bassist Buhawi Meneses, who migrated to America back in 2015. Instead, guitarist Gab Chee Kee handles backup vox, and Paolo Bernaldo has been standing in for bass duties. However, be sure to catch Parokya at their countless live shows, as Vinci and Buwi sometimes make guest appearances when they're available. To get the sched on those shows, be sure to like and follow the band's official Facebook page here so that you get the latest news as it comes out.

"Halaga" marks the official end of our fourth season of Tower Sessions, which has been an epic ride featuring 17 of the country's best artists, from indie gems like CHNDTR, Church of the Poisoned Mind, and NRML Project, to established music legends like Razorback, Ebe Dancel, and of course the almighty Parokya Ni Edgar.
