Last year we had our first ever Halloween Special Episode on Tower Radio. We invited three exceptionally talented acts - returning guests Typecast and Valley of Chrome, and Tower Radio first-timers Tubero. Once they hopped on, we knew the set was going to be special, and the guys delivered over an hour of insanity that you've gotta watch to believe. Tubero has been a well-kept secret for some time now, gaining tons of fans by gigging at metal shows with their awesome combination of grindcore elements and Pinoy humor, which they've lovingly named "Kupal Metal." The band consists of vocalists Birjin Pakir and FCM (Fucking Crazy Man), guitarists Casket maker and Blodiab, bassist Sirit Ungol, drummer Tangke ng Tae, and of course their crew which includes roadie Watdashit and their beloved Porno Queen. Late last year, the band released their debut album Kupal Destroyerr, which you can of course stream on Spotify, iTunes, and all your other favorite music platforms.
