Local alternative band Signalgiant are back at it again with a brand new video for their single "Jalan!" This time around, the band created an awesome lyric video that centers around the band's travels around the world, and you should definitely check it out below!
"Jalan" is actually an Indonesian (Bahasa) word that means "to walk" and is also used in naming streets, and is generally related to walking, movement, and travel. Vocalist Matt Warren, who spent several years in Indonesia, used the word as his main influence for the song and it's message. According to Warren:
Jalan is inspired by the things we have discovered and experienced in other countries around the world including The Philippines, and the ever present hunger to explore even further.
Signalgiant is a five-piece band made up of vocalist/bassist Matt Warren, guitarists Maki Aganon and Bello Lanto, drummer Brian Monge, and keyboardist Den Planas. They first joined the Tower of Doom Music label back in 2017, and have dropped some solid singles including their breakout song "The Stand" as well as "The Struggle" which featured the one and only Armi Millare.
