December Avenue released Dahan years ago, and in many ways it was one of the band's first breakout hits. Since then it's been covered by just about everyone and their mother, including our personal favorite, a heartfelt rendition from rapper Skusta Clee. Last year, as we were working with the band in recording and putting out their new singles, they told us they wanted to re-record and re-release Dahan as a Valentine's Day gift for all the fans who have been following and supporting the band since day one. And of course, as big fans of the song ourselves, we couldn't wait to put this single back out on the airwaves.
December Avenue's been dropping hits like it's been going out of style, and this year is no different. Just last week, the band unveiled their brand new single "Magkunwari ('Di Man Tayo)" which was picked up on the official soundtrack of GMA's TODA One I Love. This is following an absolutely insane 2018, which saw the band drop "Bulong," "Sa Dulo Ng Walang Hanggan (SNNP Piano Version)," and of course "Kung 'Di Rin Lang Ikaw" the smash collaboration with Moira Dela Torre which recently just made history as the first Filipino music video to hit over 100 million views on YouTube!
