According to vocalist and songwriter Zel Bautista:
"The song is about moving forward despite the struggles in life. The footprint is a symbol to remind us how far we've gone. It's about being hopeful for a brand new day."
With all the panic and stress going on worldwide over the pandemic, it's definitely refreshing to hear some brand new music that helps remind us about the importance of staying strong and being hopeful.
December Avenue's current lineup includes Zel Bautista on vocals, Jem Manuel on guitars, Don Gregorio on bass, Gelo Cruz on keyboards, and Jet Danao on drums. The song was recorded at Tower of Doom Studios by Kyle Cayton, and was mixed and mastered by Macoy Manuel. The lyric video was made by Boogs San Juan, and was based on the original artwork created for the single by Zel.
